The wrap I had was very tasty and the chips were excellent too. The quality is far better than other fast food outlets I've used whilst the price is just a bit more but I think it's worth it. Some people may not be pleased about paying extra for dips but I don't usually bother with them so it didn't make much difference to me.
I cannot fault the prompt service.
One drawback is that the music is far too loud (having background music would be preferable). Another disadvantage is having the toilets upstairs. This isn't a helpful if you aren't fully mobile, like my partner, and have difficulty getting up and down stairs.

A lot of people may not like my review of this popular place, however I'm going to be honest and this is my opinion only. I have tried pretty much all items at this restaurant. Chicken pieces are pretty much completely tasteless and without any seasoning in my opinion. No salt or any other herbs. Compared to KFC, chicken pieces there are way tastier. Having said that, the chickens are always very crispy and juicy and hot which is good but if you are looking for flavor, this is not the place for you. Plus, when you order 3 or 6 pieces of chicken, be prepared to get at least 2 wings as per your 6 pieces chicken which is not really good!
I should add that the chicken sandwiches here are very good and are tastier than chicken pieces and hot wings.

I come here every so often and it's always a good experience. Food is fresh, restaurant is always clean and staff are friendly.

I ordered from uber eats ant the driver ate the food before he got her left a empty bag nowhere near my door and drove off he is a thief I will never order from uber or popeyes again terrible
